A feature film being is shot in the LONDON area for world wide cinema release between 13th August 08 - 23rd September 08. The TVC will be very high profile. It is quite low budget we can offer you £50 to cover your expenses. You will be fed and you will receives a copy of the finished clip for your showreel. The Safe & Sound autumn tour stems from a pilot we ran two years ago discussing Knife crime and reducing the fear of crime. Award Winning GW Theatre Company, one of the UK’s leading theatre touring theatre companies, is seeking to employ a south Asian actress and a south Asian actor for a late autumn tour of its award winning production One Extreme to the Other, about extremism, racism and community cohesion. The production won the Community Cohesion Award at the 2008 Fusion Awards. The company welcomes applications from Muslim and non-Muslim performers - this is a cutting edge production with a cast of two White and two Asian actors so we are looking for open minded and passionate performers who want to be part of a ground-breaking project that is enjoying national critical acclaim and success. Playing age of 25-40. The play has government backing and may well be performed to MP’s in Parliament, as well as touring into schools and community venues. Applicants need to be available between mid-September to December 2008 with an option on further work in the spring of 2009. Experience of professional performance and hot-seating is essential. As well as performing in a superb piece of theatre and dealing directly with the one of the most pressing issues facing our society applicants will also be expected to move chairs and assist with get-ins. We need talented people who are not afraid of a bit of hard work. |
