Generation Next is a movement-based performance piece to be devised by performance maker Tonny A. combining elements of sound poetry, physical theatre, dance improvisation and multimedia. Inspired by existentialist ideas exposed in Milan Kundera’s The Unbearable Lightness of Being, this experimental production revisits 1968 to explore the philosophical theories of Eternal Return and History Repeating. The show will open at the end of November for a short run of 8 performances between the 20th and 30th with the rehearsals to take place from Mid September up to the opening of the show. This call is open to physical theatre performers, actors with strong movement abilities, independent dancers and dance artists with an interest in Experimental theatre and performance art. A round of workshop-auditions will take place on the week of September 1st. The production is currently conceived on a small budget therefore no fees are unfortunately available. However there’ll be a box office split between the performers with travel expenses to be covered. |

(please bring heels and tap shoes), no baggy trousers or trainers, come looking sensational.

We are looking for great team players who have all round ability to interact with children and adults on their journey through our million pound animated Fantasy Land and Father Christmas house as costumed people and characters.
